Every KIANTI bikini begins its journey in Brazil, ethically made by women, and lands with us in San Diego where we personally hand-pack each order…

We'll prep your bikini within 1-2 business days, making sure everything looks good before it heads out.

Most domestic swimwear orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Once shipped, please note that delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your KIANTI order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can watch your new bikini make its way home!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident and outright SEXYHOT in your KIANTI bikinis. Each piece of swimwear is ethically handmade in Brazil by women, and we truly put our heart and soul into making bikinis that you'll love.

We hope these pieces are as special to you as they are to us, so we ask that you treat your KIANTI bikinis with the same care when trying on or returning your pieces.

PLEASE READ ALL BELOW TABS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING OR RETURNING.

We want you to love your KIANTI bikini. If something isn't exactly right…

We're happy to help you return or exchange your pieces (unworn, unwashed, with all tags & hygiene stickers attached) within 21 days of delivery. After this window, you may return your item for store credit only (must be within 30 days of purchase). Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method- usually within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

*Please Note: Sale items and swimwear showing signs of wear, damage, or removed tags/hygiene stickers are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Only full-priced items will be accepted (full-priced items purchased with a discount code are eligible unless otherwise noted). But we promise each KIANTI bikini is carefully inspected by us personally before it leaves our hands!

Store credit is also available as an alternative return option if you haven't quite figured out which piece you love most (please see our Store Credit tab for more info).

Return shipments must be postmarked as shipped within the 21-day return window to be eligible for refund.

If the 21-day return window has passed, you may return your KIANTI swimwear for store credit only (must be within 30 days of the purchase date).

Store credit is also available as an alternative return option (rather than refund or exchange) if you haven't quite figured out which bikini you love most.

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you'll receive store credit for the full value of your returned item. That way, you can take your time choosing the perfect new swimsuit at your own pace.

Because our beloved KIANTI bikinis are delicate, please be mindful when trying on your swimwear for the first time:

  • Always wear underwear beneath bikini bottoms before deciding if they're the right fit. Visibly worn bikini bottoms and/or missing hygiene liners will be rejected.
  • Avoid any oils, self-tanners, perfumes, lotions, or glitter, and watch out for potential jewelry snags, deodorant, or makeup stains when trying on your bikinis.
  • All tags and hygiene liners in bikini bottoms must remain in place to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any swimwear items returned with signs of wear, stains, or damage will be sent back to you.

Please make sure your return shipment includes only the exact bikini or bikini sets approved for return by our team. Any additional items will be sent back to you.

Please re-use original packing when possible. If original packaging isn't available, please return your bikinis in clean, unused packaging.

Refunds and store credits for eligible swimwear are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Email us at helpimhot@kiantiswim.com within 14 days of your delivery, and we'll walk you through the return or exchange process to ensure your piece is returned within the 21-day return window.

Each KIANTI bikini is carefully inspected by us personally in San Diego before it's sent your way, but we know we may not catch absolutely everything…

If you receive a damaged or defective piece of KIANTI swimwear, please email us at helpimhot@kiantiswim.com with your order number, photos or videos, and a brief description of what doesn't seem quite right.

We will do our absolute best to make it right by sending you a perfect replacement bikini or providing store credit if the original swimwear item is out of stock.
